Team Building, Kopaonik
In a more than beautiful natural environment of Kopaonik, the management of East Point Holding has organized training for team work for members of its group. From August 24th to 26th, a various team building activities were realized aiming to improve coordination among the group members. Each activity could be linked to the real business situations that employees face on a daily basis. In this way, it was achieved that in a “safe environment” each training participant gets an insight into his own behavior and in what way it affects the work of the team.
With certified trainers, through dynamic strategic team assignments, relationships between team members and mutual trust were strengthened to help them cope with daily business challenges. Known for the competitive spirit, the company teams have learned how to make the most effective interaction between them in order to gain a win for their team.
This year’s team building, although demanding in some segments, encouraged the teams to extract their greatest potential from themselves and to improve the skills of strategic planning and organizing. Incentive for teamwork was a challenge for all participants. Empowered and self-confident, employees returned to their work environment, more motivated and more prepared for future business challenges.
